In March this year we posted about updates to Google Chrome that will eventually flag any website without an SSL certificate (the Green Padlock) as ‘Not Secure’.
Google has now announced that starting October 2017, ANY website containing a form (an enquiry form for example), will be flagged as ‘Not Secure’ if your website doesn’t have an SSL certificate and someone starts to type into the form.
A detailed article has been posted here. Take a look and make sure you have an SSL Certificate on your website before October this year, or your potential customers will be faced with a ‘Not Secure’ warning if they try and contact you via your enquiry form.
